How We Help

Individual and couples therapy for a range of mental health, behavioral, and relationship concerns.

Individual Therapy

Treatment for adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, addiction, compulsive behaviors, and patterns that interfere with living the life they want to live.

Good therapy involves more than understanding where a problem came from. We work with clients to understand themselves more clearly, develop practical tools, change entrenched patterns, and function more effectively in their relationships and daily lives.

Couples Therapy

Couples don't need to wait for a crisis to seek help.

We work with couples facing chronic conflict, communication problems, emotional distance, resentment, loss of intimacy, broken trust, and recurring patterns that neither partner has been able to change on their own.

When a relationship has been seriously injured, we help couples slow things down, understand what has happened, establish safety and accountability, and determine what is needed for genuine repair.

Addiction, Pornography & Compulsive Behaviors

Addiction has been a central area of our clinical work for many years. We treat both substance and process addictions, with particular expertise in pornography, compulsive sexual behavior, and other sexual behaviors that have become secretive, repetitive, or difficult to control.

Treatment addresses more than simply stopping a behavior. We help clients understand the emotional and behavioral patterns underlying addiction, develop a sustainable recovery plan, strengthen accountability and relapse prevention, and build a life in which recovery can last.

When appropriate, treatment can incorporate 12-step recovery alongside psychotherapy.

Betrayal, Infidelity & Relationship Repair

The discovery of infidelity, pornography, sexual secrets, or longstanding deception can destabilize an entire relationship.

We work with individuals and couples navigating the aftermath of betrayal, including the immediate crisis following discovery, disclosure, establishing boundaries and safety, rebuilding trust, and determining whether, and how, the relationship can heal.

This work recognizes the needs of both partners without minimizing either personal responsibility or the impact of betrayal.

Trauma & Emotional Healing

Past experiences don't always stay in the past. Trauma can affect relationships, emotional regulation, self-perception, trust, and the ways people respond when they feel threatened, rejected, ashamed, or overwhelmed.

Our clinicians use trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches to help clients process painful experiences while developing greater stability, flexibility, and emotional resilience.
